Rejected a Juve appeal withdrawn titles 17.11.2011

National Sports Arbitration Court dismissed the appeal of Italian football giants Juventus withdrawn for the club championships in 2005 and 2006.

The court did not examine the application on the grounds that the limitation period expired on the case. The decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Juventus claim financial compensation of 444 million euros by the Italian Football Union for unfair treatment to the club in connection with corruption scandal in Serie A since 2006.

Toronskiyat grand time was accused of manipulating the match and was punished with the disposal of the elite and the withdrawal of both titles. Juventus may apply to a civil court case.
