Suarez accused of racism, of Liverpool behind him 19.11.2011

The Football Association charged Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez Liverpool for making rasitski insults to black Manchester United defender Patrice Evra during the Premiership match of the "Liverpool" last month.

Liverpool came out with an official announcement, stating that Suarez is innocent and club stands fully behind him.

"Lewis is determined to clear his name after he accused the by Patrice Evra," the statement said. Liverpool and Manchester United met for the championship on 15 October, but the match ended 1-1. At this stage it found television footage to support Evra claims that he and Suarez racist insults on at least ten times during the match.
