The national teams of Brazil and Argentina will play two control match at exchanged visits in September and October this year, said the Brazilian Football Confederation. The matches should be part of so called Super Clássico das América.
The first match will be played on September 19 in city of Goiania (Brazil) and the rematch is scheduled for October 3rd at the stadium in the city of Resistencia. Both teams played last year and a similar series of two matches which was won by Brazil with a total score of 2:0.
These matches will be the first for Brazilian selection after Olympic football tournament in London, which, by public opinion must be won in the South American country.
The matches with Argentina always had a special charge, whether there are formal or friendly. This will continue and now, especially for coach Mano Menezes who lead the Olympians too.
