Manchester United forward Michael Owen still believes that he can return to play before the end of the season in England.
32-year-old hasn't played since Nov. 2, when he received a thigh injury but already returned to the training process of the "Red Devils". The attacker has already trained along with the rest of his teammates.
By the end of the tournament in England there are still only three games, but Owen believes that he can appear as a replacement in some of them. United lead by three points of his nearest rival for the title Manchester City, and on Monday is the derby between two teams at the stadium "Itihad".
"I can't imagine that I will return and be a part of the full 11. I must be prepared mentally, physically and any other way, because it may be necessary to appear for 10 or 20 minutes until the end of the season. Who knows? It may be the last game against Sunderland" said Owen.
