Danny Welbeck and Jonny Evans will miss Manchester United's final game against Sounsi this Sunday, the news confirmed Sir Alex Ferguson at his usual press conference before each round of the Premier League.
The center defender received an injury while preparing for the derby with Manchester City on Monday. The manager of the "Red Devils" still said that the situation with Evans 'is slightly improved'.
Ferguson admitted that Danny Welbeck will probably miss the meeting at the "Old Trafford" over the weekend because of injury that he occur with the fight with Nigel De Jong on Monday. Initially it was believed that the injury of the attacker is quite serious, but Ferguson said that Welbeck may be in line even for the visit against Sunderland in the final round.
"The loss of City is a big blow to us. Now are we left with not so much that we can do except to hope to win our game on Sunday. When we go out on the pitch, we already will know what happened to Newcastle - City and "The Magpies" have a chance for fourth place. It will be an interesting end to the season" said Ferguson.
