Tottenham captain Ledley King will undergo more surgery because of the knee problems. After that is expected the footballer to start and negotiations with the club leadership to continue the 14-year stay at "White Hart Lane."
Because of chronical knee problems King has recorded only 23 games as a starter last season. This is still a significant improvement compared with the previous season, when he records only 9 games.
At the same time the contract of the 31 year old player will expire in the summer. King admitted that he had no idea if he isn't already played his last company with the team of "Spurs." He joined the club in 1998.
"Now when the season is over, I'm sure we will talk. If I am honest, I'm not entirely convinced what happens in terms of new contract. I only concentrate on playing and doing up my knee" said King, as quoted by Sportinglife.
