Ajax coach Frank de Boer announced that he will not take Liverpool, adding however that he is flattered by the proposal. The specialist said that he wants to stay in Amsterdam.
De Boer was sent to "Liverpool" for a replacement of Kenny Dalglish, who was sacked last week after the end of the season in England.
"I'm delighted from the proposal, but I just begun working in Ajax. Currently in Amsterdam we go in a new direction. Together with my colleagues from headquarters Wim Y. and Dennis Bergkamp are trying to do good things in the club. So I will stay loyal to Ajax in the coming years" de Boer said to De Telegraaf.
This is the second failure, which receive the heads of Liverpool, after Brendan Rodgers (Swansea) last week said that he doesn't have intention of leaving his current team.
