Croatia without Lovran for the first game of Euro 2012 4.07.2012

The national Croatia coach Slaven Bilic will surely not be able to count on the defender Dejan Lovran for the first game of the European Championships in Ukraine and Poland against Ireland on 10th and June.

Lovran has an ankle injury and is likely to miss the whole tournament.

"My leg is better but I still feel pain. I do everything in my power to defeat the time and to be able to recover fully for the tournament, "said Lovran.

"I always dreamed of playing for Croatia at the European Championships," added the defender.
