Only a few hours after leaving Liverpool, the former assistant of Kenny Dalglish Steve Clarke has become a major favorite for the post manager at West Bromwich Albion. "The Thrushes" pulled a half season under the guidance of Roy Hodgson, who took the English national team.

The club has decided to act as quickly as possible after it became clear that Clark will leave Liverpool. From Albion even expect to appoint the specialist till the end of the week.

Former coach of Schalke 04 Rangnik Ralph was also among the candidates for the place, but still remains backup option of "Duh Houtarns."

Except in Liverpool Clark has worked as an assistant at Chelsea and West Ham. According to the media in Britain 48-year-old is ready to make a step forward in his career, but West Brom first sought him after his departure.
