Forlan leaves Inter 8.07.2012

Inter striker Diego Forlan has admitted that his career at Inter will probably end this summer.

The Uruguayan failed to reveal his potential in Serie A, and according to the media in Italy he will probably go to team in South America.

"I played around the world over the past 14 years. I'll be very happy if I go in a country close to my homeland Uruguay, "said Forlan.

He joined Inter last summer when he came from Atletico Madrid. The striker had to be a substitute for Samuel Eto'o, played in Anzhi Makhachkala. The former striker for Manchester United and Villarreal however failed to scored regularly.

Inter expected to terminate his contract by mutual consent, as happened last week with Lucio.
