Davor Shuker led the Croatian football 8.07.2012

Legend of the Croatian national football team Davor Shuker was elected president of the Croatian Football Association.

Shuker, who is number one scorer of all time, of the "chess" with 45 hits, was elected to the Congress of the plant, which was held today in Zagreb.

The former striker inherited the post of Vlatko Markovic, who decided to retire after 14 years in office.

Shuker has played in his career in teams of Osijek, Dinamo Zagreb, Sevilla, Real Madrid, Arsenal, West Ham and Munich 1860.

He was top scorer at the World Cup in 1998 when Croatia won the bronze medals.
