Formula 1 remains in Singapore another 5 years 11.07.2012

Formula 1 achieved agreement with the organizers of the Singapore Grand Prix, which will remain on the calendar for five years, said the head of the race Bernie Ecclestone. The formal agreement will be signed after the two sides receive positive response from the local government.

"All obstacles to the continuation of the contract with the organizers of Singapore are clean and will soon proceed with the agreement for five years. I am glad that this happens because this race is one of the finest in the F1 calendar," said Ecclestone for the local newspaper "Today".
