The Argentine football legend Diego Maradona ignore the messages about his dismissal as senior coach of the Dubai Al Vasal. In an official communique 51-year-old Maradona announced that he intends to continue his work at the club. He believes he can help the team win the title, which, however, requires a few new additions.
Maradona added that even if they don't provide funds of selection, is ready to talk to the club to find a solution and he continued his job as coach of the team.
The Argentine was fired Tuesday after a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the club.
Under his leadership, Al Vasal finished in a disappointing eighth place of 12 compositions in the championship. In the Champions League of Arab States did the team from Dubai lost on penalties to Al Muharak (Bahrain).
