Portsmouth begins with minus 10 points next season 13.07.2012

Portsmouth will begin the new season in League One of England with minus 10 points. This on condition that the club did get permission to launch a new campaign informs BBC Sport.

The team is currently under administration, until eventual deal with a new owner.

From the Football Association has informed both potential buyers and the very club, that if will ever play this season, Portsmouth must comply with certain conditions.

Besides the penalty of 10 points, the club must repay to all their creditors, and to comply with strict financial controls.
