Napoli won the battle for Baldzareti 31.07.2012

Napoli has reached agreement to purchase the Italian national Federico Baldzareti from Palermo.

30-year-old left back who played strong for Italy at Euro 2012 will cost € 5 million to the Neapolitans.

Interest in Baldzareti had Paris St Germain, Lazio, Roma and Milan, but Palermo vice president Guglielmo Mikiche reveals that the Napoli offer was accepted and both teams are close to signing a contract.

Federico Baldzareti came to Palermo from Fiorentina in 2008 and previously in his career was still a player of Turin, Varese, Siena and Juventus.
