Official: Van Persie is now teammate of Berbatov! 16.08.2012

The saga around Arsenal captain Robin van Persie finished a few minutes ago. Dutch international is now footballer of Manchester United, the news was confirmed by both clubs.

"Arsenal Football Club can confirm that the agreement has been reached for the transfer of Robin van Persie to Manchester United," reads the message on the official website of the `Gunners`.

"On Thursday, Van Persie will travel to Manchester to negotiate his personal terms and undergo a medical test before the transfer can be completed," said the statement .

Considering that only a few days before Van Persie record about 20 minutes in the control of Arsenal against Cologne (4:0), the medical tests are unlikely to be a problem to complete the transaction.
