Inter without the operated Handanovic against Vaslui 17.08.2012

Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic will miss the Europa League match against Romanian Vaslui on Thursday after undergoing a minor knee surgery, said coach Andrea Stramachoni.

"Handanovic had surgery this morning after an injury to the meniscus of the right knee obtained during exercise. The made to him arthroscopy was successful, "said Stramachoni.

"The surgery in the clinic San Matteo in Pavia was conducted by Professor Franco Benazzo in the presence of the chief of medical staff of Inter Franco Combi", said Inter coach.

The 28 years old Slovenian national goalkeeper Samir Handanovic came to Milan this summer from Udinese, making his official debut for Inter in the Europa League match against Croatia's Hajduk Split on August 2.
