Lyon attracted Argentinean national 27.08.2012

Olympique Lyon attracted the Argentinian defender Fabian Monson from Nice, the French club announced. The 25 years old Monson, who has seven match for the national team of Argentina, signed a four year contract with Lyon. He played in Nice last year and has eight goals in 34 games.

"I thank the fans of Nice for their support. They were always kind to me and I will not forget it," said former Boca Juniors player and Seville.

As part of the deal in Nice will play Jeremy Pied. The 23 years old Pied signed four-year contract with the club.
