Thiago resumed trainings with Barcelona 28.08.2012

Barcelona midfielder Thiago Alcantara trains alongside with his teammates today. This happened for the first time since May, when he received an injury to his right leg, the club said.

The playmaker missed the European Championship and the Olympic Games in London because of severe trauma.

Thiago was injured in the victory of Barcelona with 3:0 over Athletic Bilbao in the final of the Cup of Spain on 25th May

The footballer is expected to be available to coach Tito Vilanova for the game with Valencia from the third round of La Liga.
