The Qatari Airlines are the new sponsor of Barcelona 19.11.2012

"Qatar Airways" will be sponsor of Barcelona over the next three years, Spanish media reported.

The contract between the airline and the world-famous Catalan club will come into effect from next season. Both sides have not reported the financial details of the contract.

Barcelona's players will wear the name of the Qatar company on their jerseys until season 2015/2016.

According to the signed 5-year contract with the Qatar Sports Investment Group, the name of the sponsor can be changed after the third season, which is currently underway. Barcelona earned nearly € 30 million per season from the deal, with which for the first time in the club's history was complex sponsorship sign on the jerseys.
