28.03.2013

Robin Van Persie said he was extremely lucky at "Old Trafford" and does not mind to finish his professional football career as a Manchester United player.

The Dutchman came at "Old Trafford" at the beginning of the season and almost certainly contributed to the 20th title for United during this campaign, scoring 19 goals. The former Arsenal striker has a contract with the "Red Devils" until 2016.

But he said today about "Voetbal International": "In the upcoming year at club level I will think only for United. Maybe I'll stay and more time. United could be the last club in my career."

The scorer of the English Grand added: "Every day in United is a new challenge for me. I am looking to grow steadily. This is a good thing for a player who arrives at a new location with a brand new coach and a very different place."
