Diego Milito get injured during a training of Inter 10.10.2013

The Argentinian striker Diego Milito Inter get injured during the last training of the team.

Milito felt pain in the thigh and will have to undergo a medical examination later today.

The Argentine tore cruciate ligament in his knee in February when stepped sideways during the game against Cluj. The unpleasant incidents lead to serious injuries that could only be solved with surgery.

Meanwhile, Diego Milito is expected to renew his contract with Inter. The current agreement of the player with the Italian team expires in the summer of 2014. The management of "Nerazzurri" however hopes to keep the attacker.
