Deschamps: Ribery deserves the Ballon d'Or 16.10.2013

France coach Didier Deschamps argued that the wing of the "Roosters" and Bayern Munich deserves the prestigious award "Golden Ball".

Asked what are the odds of Ribery to fight with the "eternal contenders" Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo for the award, Deschamps replied succinctly: "He deserves it."

Ribery in yesterday's match against Finland in the World Cup qualifiers scored his first goal for the 3:0 win and assisted on the third in the 87th minute.
