The Spanish national team returned to Madrid on Tuesday at noon. Landing in the capital the plane of "la fury" was hit by lightning. Serious incident was not reached, and the captain of the aircraft immediately calmed everyone on board.
World champions from 2010 are departure from the Brazilian city of Curitiba, and then passed through the Canary Islands and returned to Madrid.
The Spanish players were greeted by about 250 fans who have expressed their support for the team.
However, the team did not go through the front gate of the airport near the fans. Upon arrival on home land the players were particularly in a bad mood and had no desire to talk to fans.
Spain was eliminated from the World Cup in 2014 after a group 'B' recorded two defeats (against Holland and Chile) and one win (against Australia).
