Capello: I will not resign 13.10.2014

The Russian national team coach Fabio Capello denied rumors of resignation.

Ancelotti led his team to only 1: 1 draw against Moldova in the European qualification group "G", and after the match he justified the lead with a defensive game by the opponent.

"We knew that Moldovans can defend well and make it with the whole team. We manage to score from the penalty spot, but unfortunately they returned instantly the goal. Moldovans defend with all his team, and we have lost two points in this game" said Capello after the game.

When asked about his resignation, he snapped: "Who told you that? I do not know about that. Rarely I read newspapers."
