Luis Enrique defended Vermaelen and Douglas 30.10.2014

Barcelona coach Luis Enrique defended Thomas Vermaelen and Douglas Pereira.

He said the two should not be subjected under pressure.

"It is normal for a player like Vermaelen, who has been too long injured and has not played all season passes to need more time not only to adapt but to enter into shape," said Enrique.

"He has a special work on his recovery," said Barcelona coach.

"Douglas is a young player who came from Brazil and will surely need more time," said Luis Enrique.
