Mourinho wants a suspension for David Luis

12.03.2015

Jose Mourinho demanded punishment for the protector of Paris Saint Germain David Lewis if it is proved that hit him with an elbow in the Derby from Diego Costa Semifinals of the Champions League. Mourinho even urged Lewis not to play in the quarterfinals. Paris Saint-Germain suspended Chelsea after a 2:2 in the second leg of the eighth-finals in the tournament.
The referee Bjorn Kuipers evict Parisians star Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but the Portuguese coach of Chelsea FC believes that his red card should be cancelled, but David Lewis deserves to be punished for the next round in the Champions League.

'I saw no impact with the elbow on David, but when UEFA defines it for player of the match, it is assumed that there is no such. He played well and I have to believe that there was no shock, because I can't believe that UEFA will give this award to someone shown aggression.', commented Jose Mourinho.

'So, maybe because now I can not give us a penalty may reach fair from a disciplinary point of view and to punish David Lewis, and leave Ibra to play in the quarter-finals because he deserves it.', said Mourinho.

'There was a clear penalty kick against Diego Costa and once again I will say that is just a waste of time and money to have judges behind the doors, because they usually don't do anything.', added Mourinho. 'If the judge is standing there just to see if the ball is past the goal line, then the technology is much better.', the Portuguese said.

'If you cannot see the penalty of 10 metres, then this is a waste of time and money.', said Jose Mourinho.
