Van Gaal: 'My players have to listen to me.' 23.03.2015

The manager of Manchester United's Louis van Gaal revealed that it is not willing to an 'open dialogue' with his players.
'I always try to be positive to the players. According to me it is better to do them compliments and to have a positive attitude instead of negative. Ask the players what they think, but I've got a lot of adjustments.', said the Dutchman.
'However, they have to agree with me or I can not play the next time. When the arguments are better than mine them renegotiate their ideas. It's an interesting tactic, but the philosophy of the game.', said van Gaal.
