Capello: 'Mihailovic is my heir.' 11.09.2015

The legendary Fabio Capello thinks he is similar to the Milan coach Sinisa Mihailovic. The Italian grandeur was a mentor of 'the Rossoneri' for many years and admitted that he sees similarities between him and the Serb.
'Absolutely, I see myself as a coach in his methods. At least so far in Serie A. a while ago, we met in Dubai when Miha was headed to Serbia and talked about football as a whole. His philosophy fits with my view of things.'
'Some think that his previous results as a coach were not very impressive, but I think now it will be his time. Sinisa requires professionally', said Capello.
'Mihailovic wants respect and serious attitude. There are people who get up at 6 o'clock in the morning and go to work, and our work is just 3 hours. He wants the players to be serious in practice and behave well in their spare time. When there is iron fist all is much better.', said Capello.
