The President of UEFA, Michel Platini explained the received 2 million Swiss francs by the FIFA President Sepp Blatter in 2011 years, 9 years after the performance of his assigned work, with financial problems in the organization.

Platini and Blatter during questioning on October 1, have confirmed that a written agreement for the payment of 2 million francs, and there was no payment was made on the basis of an oral agreement.
Moreover, Platini has an official contract with FIFA, on the basis of who as Advisor to Blatter receives 300,000 Swiss francs per year. The total time in Office officially received 1.05 million Swiss francs.
On 8 October the Commission of ethics of FIFA on the side for a period of 90 days from any activity, Sepp Blatter, Michel Platini and Jerome Valke due to the investigation of the Swiss authorities.
