Fraser Forster is in no hurry to come back in the game

8.01.2016

The goalkeeper of Southampton, Fraser Forster, is fully restored after an injury that halted his career for 10 months, but not in a hurry to get back in the game for the first team. The English national had appearances with serious interventions for the youth team of the Saints, who won with 1:0 against Chelsea in the League Cup with 21-year-olds.
'There is no rush. I just want to be sure that I will get into the game at the right time.', said the goalkeeper himself in front of the club's official website on the occasion of his possible return to the pitch.
'We people from the medical team we did everything as planned and we have not been in a hurry. We fought for my return on the pitch step by step and I hope that things are fine.', he added.
Forster has joined Celtic in August 2014, but in March had to do knee surgery. His absence proved to be a serious problem for the manager Ronald Koeman, the team's on the 13th place with 24 goals allowed for 20 games.
'I can't be confident that I will be back within days, but the feeling to have 90 minutes in a youth match was good.', said Fraser Forster.
