New penalties related to the corruption scandal in FIFA

The former member of FIFA's executives Makudi Voravi is punished with deprivation of the right to engage in football activities for three months, was announced by the Disciplinary Committee of the world headquarters.
Makudi is sanctioned, as he broke the previous penalty of 90 days, which was imposed by the Ethics Committee in October last year. The Disciplinary Committee has established that Makudi is still involved in the Affairs of the Football Federation of Thailand and will have a new punishment of three months. In addition, he has a final warning and a fine of 3,000 Swiss francs.
Makudi was sentenced to a year and four months in prison on parole for falsifying documents during the elections for the President of the Thai Football Federation. In May of this year, Makudi was removed from the position of President of Thai Federation. He is a suspect in corruption in the vote of the election to host the World Cup in 2018 and 2022 year.
