Freddie Ljungberg at Celtic until the summer 31.12.2010

Freddie Ljungberg will continue his career in Scotland. The Swede has signed for six months with Celtic. The midfielder goes under "Celtic" on a free transfer. The last time he played for the U.S. Chicago Fire.

To "persuade" the management and coaching staff at Celtic that it still is, Ljungberg spend a few days of sampling. Expected to debut as early as Jan. 2 in the derby with Rangers' Ibrox.

On Wednesday night Swede, who has 75 appearances for his country was "Celtic Park to view a 1:0 victory over Motherwell.
