Flamengo has bought a goalkeeper from Valencia 18.07.2017

Valencia has agreed to sell its 32-year-old goalkeeper Diego Alves to Flamengo. The amount that will be paid by the Brazilian Grand is 300 000 euros.
Alves has the best performance in the world in terms of saved penalty kicks. The experienced goalie is now going back to his homeland.
Alves has the ambition to participate in the World Cup 2018 with the Brazilian national football team and hopes his passage to Flamengo to facilitate that.
