Chelsea is attracting Barkley 29.08.2017

The champion of England, Chelsea is in advanced negotiations to attract Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain from Arsenal and Ross Barklay from Everton. The manager Antonio Conte is adamant that he wants at least two new ones by the end of the transfer window.
