Virus thrown Petra Kvitova 2.01.2018

Double-time Wimbledon Champion Petra Kvitova withdrew from participating in the Brisbane tournament for a virus. The 27-year-old girl was ill on the plane on her way to Australia and was unable to go out on the court for her first-round match against Annette Contaweet.

Kvitova, who missed most of last season for a hand operation, will open the new season next week.
