Norwegian Thor Hushovd won the nail-biting 13th stage of Tour de France cycling. He has come a long distance 152.5 km in 3 hours, 47 minutes and 36 seconds. Norwegian developed an average speed of 40.2 kmh.

Stage, however, quite nail-biting finish after the finish of the Norwegian David Monkutie ahead of France and left him 10 seconds behind. Again the Frenchman was third - Jeremy Roy of 26 seconds, followed by Lars Bak of Denmark Iting (of 5.02 minutes).

This is a nine stage victories in the Tour de France 33-year-old Hushovd.
