Manchester City owner Sheikh Mansour expressed his full support to the manager Roberto Mancini. In one of his rare media appearances, the billionaire said that the Italian will stay at his post, whether "citizens" will win the title or not.
City has dropped to three points of the leader Manchester United and Today is the derby between two teams at the stadium "Itihad". In a victory of the hosts, City will come out top thanks to their better goal difference.
Mancini players have got a second chance to fight for the title after the misstep of United last weekend, when "the Reds" squandered a lead of 4:2 to reach only to 4:4 with Everton at "Old Trafford".
"Now the difference is only three points and we have a chance for the title" said Sheikh Mansour to television in Abu Dhabi.
"Whatever happens, however, even if we don't win, I am very pleased with the players, team and coaching staff. They perform very well and in the last few games have shown a better game" said the boss of City.
