Berlusconi has the last word for Thiago Silva, PSG give 46 million 6.07.2012

Milan president Silvio Berlusconi will be the person who will decide if Thiago Silva will be sold to Paris St Germain.

The Vice President of "Milan," Galliani Adriano arrived in Italy today, after spending all day in Paris to negotiate a transfer fee for the sale of the defender. According to information the two sides are a step away from reaching agreement.

However Berlusconi will have the final word on the deal, as years ago the former prime minister of Italy stopped the transfer of Kaka to Manchester City and of Pato in PSG. "Our financial situation is bad, I have nothing to do for Tiago," said Berlusconi. "I was offered 46 million euros."

Expected by the end of the day Galliani and Berlusconi to announce their final decision.
