Cerro Portenyo became champion of Paraguay after defeating their main rival Olympia with 2:1 in the final round of the championship, "Aperture".
Cerro Porto trailing by two points before the end of Olympia Circle, but after the dramatic success of the National Stadium "Defensores del Chaco" won.
The match started badly for Cerro after red card of the Uruguayan Walter Lopez still in the 8th minute for elbow strike against an opposing player.
The numerical equality on the pitch was restored only ten minutes later after a straight red card for a dangerous violation of The Peruvian Rense Revoredo.
Cerro lead with goals of Santiago Salzedo in 36th minute from penalty and Honatan Fabry from foul in the 65th minute.
Olympia left with nine people on the pitch after a second yellow card of Eduardo Aranda, but pulled one back through the reserve Arnaldo Kastorino 15 minutes before the end.
