Van Persie is the most efficient scorer in the qualifiers 16.10.2013

Netherlands striker Robin van Persie scored the most goals of all players in the qualifying round for the 2014 World Cup. The Dutch striker of Manchester United strike his rivals nets 11 times in 9 games. Two of the goals, he scored from penalty kicks.

Bosnian Edin Dzeko ranked behind him with 10 goals, while his compatriot Vedad Ibisevic and the German Mesut Ozil have an asset on 8 goals.

Van Persie also broke the record of Patrick Kluivert and became the number one scorer in the history of "Tulips".
