Queens Park Rangers will receive 9 million pounds from Liverpool, after Reds today adopted a third offer from Manchester City for striker Rahijm sterling.
Merseysiders bought Sterling from Queens Park Rangers for the modest £500,000 five years ago when he was only 15 years old. According to the contract between the two clubs, the team from London has to receive 20% of the next transfer of a soccer player.
Today, Liverpool adopted a City's offer for Sterling, which is worth 49 million pounds. This means that the Reds have to pay 9 million pounds to Queens Park Rangers.
