The manager of Manchester United's Louis van Gaal praised his new recruit Anthony Marshal after the Frenchman realized two goals for 3:2 victory over Southampton.
The former player of Monaco now has three goals in three games for the Red Devils and according to van Gaal has already demonstrated his huge talent. The Dutch specialist, however, warned that the Marshal could not be expect consistency in presentation.
'He can't speak English, so I talk to him in French, which is hard for me. I need help by Marwan Felajni and Morgan Schneiderlin.', explained van Gaal. 'But he will learn to speak English and adapt to the English culture. He had a great start-three goals in three games.'
'When you're a 19-year-old you can't expect perseverance, usually you have dips, so expect this from him.'
'In the three matches he has shown his talent at a high level and has shown that it can play in our system. He demonstrates that he wants and he can do it.'
'He is talented. He can be improved, but I think there's a great talent and he shows that under certain pressure.'
