FIFA has 'frozen' the membership of Guatemala and Kuwait 11.05.2017

The 67th Congress of FIFA, held in Bahrain, has 'frozen' the membership in the Association of Guatemala and Kuwait, said 'France Press'.
The Football Federation of Guatemala was punished for numerous domestic disturbances, and Kuwait is sanctioned because of State interference in the affairs of the country's soccer headquarters.
The penalties will be removed after the two organizations start again to abide by the rules of FIFA.
