Red Bull boss Christian Horner commented on the transfer of James Vowles from Mercedes to Williams.
In particular, Horner shared his opinion on whether we should expect Williams to become a second Mercedes team:
As for James Vowles, I don`t know him very well. But he is obviously a very capable specialist.
Williams has his own ambitions. But yes, obviously it will be interesting to see whether these teams become closer and act more cohesively - for example in the upcoming Formula 1 Commission meetings, in negotiations with the commercial rights holders and with the FIA.
Horner added that he sees only advantages in the lack of changes in Red Bull management, since stability helps the team feel more confident:
I have always believed in the importance of stability. And I think that at Red Bull we have achieved amazing stability, which is good for the team. Employees are satisfied with the atmosphere, environment, and the right culture. Because we care about every member of our group. This is part of our culture.
