Chelsea chief scout home to Arsenal 13.02.2011

Russian billionaire and Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich preparing radical changes at the club this summer. One of them will attract Chief scout Steve Rowley of the Arsenal, which is considered the No. 1 office in the UK.

Rowley years in charge of the Scout network of the ball, leading to the Emirates players like Van Persie, Fabregas, Clichy, Sagna and many others.
