Sensation: Diego Maradona takes Blackburn14.12.2010 |
English club Blackburn soon can cause a sensation. Rovers are about to appoint Argentine legend Diego Maradona on the coaching post.
"Daily Mirror" informed that the Indian owners of the club are determined to appoint Don Diego and are sure that he is the right man for the job.
As a former Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce was surprisingly sacked.
The publication notes that Maradona is not so loved by English fans after he scored the famous goal - namely God's hand in the door of the islanders and deprive them of their dream to win the World Cup in Mexico in 1986.
