Prince William boycotted Euro 2012 3.07.2012

Prince William won't travel to Ukraine to watch the English national team during Euro 2012, inform the media in Britain. The reason for decision is boycott of Prince William because of the attitude of the authorities to former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, who is in jail and in the past few days began a hunger strike.

The Duke of Keymbrich who is also president of the Football Association of England followed the example of many European statesmen who announced that they won't visit Ukraine during the European football finals.

Senior leaders from the European Union have brought to the fore the issue of human rights that are violated in the host country of Euro 2012.

European Championship will be opened on 8 June in Warsaw, and the final is on July 1 in Kiev.
