Elmander questionable for Euro 2012 4.07.2012

The forward of Swedish national team and Galatasaray - Johan Elmander may miss the European Championship this summer because of injury. Elmander has broken bone in his right leg in derby of Turkey against Fenerbahce. The meeting ended 0:0 which was enough for Galatasaray to win the title. Despite the injury, 30-year-old hopes to return till the start of Euro 2012.

"It is difficult to give an estimate when I will be ready, but I hope to be soon," said Elmander to Swedish television.

Sweden in Group D with teams from Ukraine, France and England.
