9.03.2015

The star of Bayern Munich Arjen Robben said his former mentor Jose Mourinho's Chelsea has had a huge influence on his career.
The Dutch international had three years at Stamford Bridge, in which works together with the Portuguese expert, before being sold to Real Madrid. Follow the transfer in Bayern, where Robben has established itself as one of the most potent attacking players in the world.
'Mourinho was very honest, very good.', he told of PSV Eindhoven. 'My only problem was injuries. He could not count on me. For both of us it was irritating and soon became a difficulty. From a football standpoint, however, it was very important to me. It helped me to develop my own mentality.'
'I think that my development in Chelsea was positive. I was very young when I came here – just 20 years ago – and my problem was injuries.'
'In that moment, that people have made of glass. Angry is because you always had to defend. Now I know that thing with my body's not right.'
'I'm an explosive player, and I need everything to be okay to me. I started working with the osteopath last year at Real Madrid and continued its cooperation with him. Now I have control over my body and I know when I can press.', finished Robben.
